For her first birth, me and her midwife were with her for 26 hours or more over Christmas Eve. Her baby was in a funky position, and eventually we called for help from a local doula to help get baby in a better position. This film shows her second birth. She labored at home much longer this time, and when she showed up to the birth center she was already 7cm! We all rushed over as we thought it would be quick. Mom struggled with how fast things were actually going and doula Stacy helped her cope and move past the mental block.
